Bag Shipping

The bags are delivered all over the world. The shipping is a flat rate depending on your country. Every bag is crocheted especially for you once you make an order, so the production time is 1-2 weeks. Once the bag is ready I will ship it via UPS shipping company the next day(excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Yarn Shipping

The yarn is delivered only to EU countries. Yarn shipping is free, starting from 8 balls. If you order less than 8 balls – you pay a flat rate. If I have the yarn you choose in stock, I will ship it the next day (excluding weekends and holidays), otherwise, the production time is 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

VAT Details

All product prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the standard rate of 20%. This means the price you see is the total price you pay for the product, with no hidden fees or additional taxes.

• VAT is calculated at the applicable rate for your purchase and is already included in the product price displayed on our website.
• During the checkout process, the VAT amount will be clearly shown as part of the order summary, so you can see the exact amount of VAT included in your purchase.
• If you require a VAT invoice for your records, it will be automatically generated and sent to you via email after completing your purchase.

Customs

Provision of digital content

Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges. Digital content will be provided to you via a link to an email indicated during the checkout. The email with the digital content will be delivered in the next 24 hours after the order is made.

Returns
